Grassroots Data ("we", "us", "our") operates the GRD Lite web application and iOS app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Team and match data — fixture results, player statistics, and squad information you enter.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the GRD Lite service.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, email confirmation).
• To improve reliability and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Data storage

Data is stored on servers hosted within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-party services

• Postmark — transactional email delivery.
• Railway — cloud infrastructure hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

GRD Lite uses a single session cookie required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
